Testing Requirements
Green to High Green Belt:
- Be able to perform all previous requirements well.
- Be able to perform: Back Kick, Thrust Heel Kick and Spinning Hook Kick.
- Be able to perform: Ridge Hand, Reverse Ridge Hand Strike and Spinning Elbow Strike.
- Be able to perform: Groin Cover (Block) and Shin Block.
- Perform Won-Hyo Pattern.
- Perform Self-Defenses #11 through #15 from both sides.
- Release from one hand choke or collar grab.
- Minimum two round of contact sparing.
- Perform 30 clean push-ups below age 40.
Perform 25 clean push-ups above age 40.
- Board Breaking: Kids ages 10 and under, one child board with front kick; Women and boys age 11 to 16, one adult board with front kick; Men age 17 and above, 2 boards with front kick.
- Must have been an active green belt for at least 4 months.
