Testing Requirements
Blue to High Blue Belt:
- Be able to perform all previous requirements well.
- Be able to perform: all jump spinning kicks (Jump Spinning Side, Crescent, Ax, Hook, Roundhouse).
- Perform Joong-Gun Pattern.
- Perform Self-Defense #1 through #20 from both sides.
- Release from side/waist grab, rear shoulder and rear arm grab.
- Minimum two rounds of contact sparing.
- Perform 40 clean push-ups below age 40.
Perform 30 clean push-ups above age 40.
- Board Breaking: Kids age 10 and under, one child board with Spin Side Kick; Women and boys age 11 to 16, one adult board with Spin Side Kick; Men age 17 and above, 2 boards with Spin Side Kick.
- Must have been an active blue belt for at least 6 months.
